My rates are consistent with other licensed neuropsychologists around Florida and the country. The cost of working with me reflects my specialized skill set, unique concierge model, and highly individualized care. There are very few bilingual clinicians who have my specialized training and professional experience in the U.S., much less provides house calls, flexible hours, telehealth, and rapid access to care.
The cost of a neuropsychological evaluation depends on how much time is required. Fees are typically based on age, complexity, and focus of assessment. The price includes the initial interview and neurobehavioral status examination, review of records, testing, scoring/interpretation of test information, report preparation, and a feedback session.
Neuropsychological screenings or targeted assessment such as IQ testing for Gifted placement or school admissions cost less than comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations.
Fees for expert forensic/medical-legal neuropsychological evaluations can be provided upon request.
We accept most insurance companies as a participating out of network provider. We are a Gardiner Scholarship vendor so you can apply for funding for our evaluation and treatment services. You will receive an itemized invoice after each session and a detailed statement of fees or a "superbill" that you can use to obtain reimbursement if you choose. I am required to give you a diagnosis if you want to submit a superbill. Your insurance company may also request your records. You may want a high level of privacy so this may not be desired.
Insurance companies do not cover testing for gifted testing or learning disability, as they deem these services ‘educational’ rather than ‘medical’, even if the provider is ‘in-network’.
